Why We Built This Site
North Carolina gives the public broad access to many court records, but Cabarrus County records are not held by one counter. The Cabarrus County Clerk of Superior Court handles criminal, civil, domestic, estates, special proceedings, divorce judgments, public terminals, and copies. The Register of Deeds handles marriage licenses, birth, death, marriage certificates, maps, land records, notary records, and veteran discharges. The Sheriff's Office handles jail, wanted-list, arrest, incident, civil process, and public-safety records. This site brings those official paths into a single Cabarrus County reference point.

- We cannot issue certified copies of any court document or vital record
- We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or address listed on this site is current right now
Only the issuing court or government office can provide a certified copy with an official seal. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.
